Locally Owned, Locally Run, Built for This Corridor

Splash Power Washing is based in Fate, Texas. Owner-operated by a 26-year veteran of the restaurant and facilities industry. A consistent standard of work.

The Operator

Experience That Translates to Facilities Work

Splash is run by Dwayne Snyder, a 26-year veteran of the restaurant industry, including a stretch as Regional Director for Saltgrass Steakhouse covering Florida, Louisiana, Dallas, and East Texas. After-hours scheduling, dumpster-pad realities, dinner-rush awareness, and what a facilities manager needs from a vendor — none of it is theory here.

Dwayne lives in Fate, eats at the restaurants on the corridor, and drives past most client properties on the way home. That proximity shapes how the business runs — fast response, flexible scheduling, and the kind of accountability that comes from working in the community you serve.

The Equipment

A 6 GPM, 3500 PSI Rig Calibrated to the Job

The rig runs at 6 gallons per minute at 3,500 PSI. That’s the commercial-grade output needed for grease-soaked dumpster pads, oil-stained parking lots, and restaurant back docks that standard residential pressure washers can’t touch.

The same rig runs soft wash through a separate low-pressure setup for vinyl siding, stucco, and painted building exteriors. Surface cleaner attachment for flat concrete work. The technique changes with the surface; the standard of work doesn’t.

FAQ

Common Questions

Is Splash owner-operated?

Yes. Dwayne Snyder owns and operates the business. The same person who quotes the work shows up to do it.

What's the operator's background?

26 years in the restaurant industry, including Regional Director for Saltgrass Steakhouse covering Florida, Louisiana, Dallas, and East Texas. Facilities management, after-hours scheduling, and vendor accountability are familiar territory.

Are you insured?

Yes. Insurance certificate, W-9, and entity paperwork available for vendor onboarding before the first job. Service Channel registration in place for facilities teams routing through that platform.

Where are you based?

Fate, Texas. We serve Rockwall County and the east-of-Dallas corridor. Multi-location commercial accounts are welcome beyond the core radius.

What's outside your scope?

Restaurant kitchen hoods, multi-story parking garages, downtown Dallas high-volume striping, and large-scale industrial degreasing. For those scopes, we coordinate with trusted contractor partners and stay your point of contact through the project.
