Power Washing for Restaurants in Rockwall County

Exterior only. After-hours by default. Storefronts, drive-thrus, patios, dumpster pads, back docks, and parking lots for restaurants across Fate, Rockwall, Rowlett, and Wylie.

Built for Restaurant Reality

After Close Means Actually After Close

Splash is run by a 26-year veteran of the restaurant industry, including a stretch as Regional Director for Saltgrass Steakhouse. After-hours scheduling, dumpster-pad realities, dinner-rush awareness, and what a facilities manager needs from a vendor — none of it is theory here.

Restaurant exteriors run after close. Typically a 10 PM start and a midnight finish. If last call runs long or a kitchen emergency delays close, we work around it. The schedule fits the restaurant, not the other way around.

What's in Scope

Restaurant Exterior, Start to Finish

  • Drive-Thru Lanes and Window Pads

Coffee spills, food drops, tire grime, and grease from the window. Cleaned after close, before morning rush.

  • Dumpster Pads and Enclosures

Monthly or quarterly degreasing. The most important and most neglected surface on a restaurant property.

  • Back Docks and Service Areas

Grease and debris from the back door to the dumpster. High-pressure with degreasing chemistry.

  • Storefronts and Entryway Pads

The customer-facing entry concrete, cleaned overnight so it's dry before morning open.

  • Parking Lot

Oil and tire scrub cleared with surface cleaner on the same overnight visit.

  • Patios and Outdoor Seating Areas

Concrete, pavers, and tile cleaned carefully — customers will be sitting there at lunch.

Exterior only. Kitchen hood cleaning is a different process with different equipment and certifications — outside our scope.

Testimonials

What Clients Are Saying

“Our back dock and dumpster pad were an embarrassment. The team came out after we closed and had everything looking brand new before morning open.”

Maria Chen Manager — Lakeside Bistro

“Finally a vendor who understands restaurant scheduling. They showed up at 10, finished by midnight, and were out before our morning crew arrived.”

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you clean restaurant kitchen hoods?

No. Restaurant work is exterior only — storefronts, drive-thrus, patios, dumpster pads, back docks, and parking lots. Kitchen hood cleaning is a different process with different equipment and certifications.

What time do you typically start restaurant work?

Usually after close — 10 PM is typical, with a midnight finish. If close runs later, we adjust. We work with the restaurant’s schedule, not against it.

Do you handle multi-location restaurant accounts?

Yes. Multi-location accounts run on one quote, one cadence, and one invoice across all locations in the service area.
