Will you damage my siding?
Not with soft wash. Vinyl siding, stucco, and painted surfaces are cleaned at low pressure with chemistry doing the work. High pressure doesn’t touch those surfaces.
The right pressure for vinyl siding, stone, and stucco. Soft wash where it counts, careful where it matters. Owner-operated and local.
What House Washing Involves
Every house has a mix of surfaces, and they don’t all want the same treatment. Vinyl siding can warp or take on water if you blast it. Stone and stucco need the pressure dialed down or they pit. Trim, soffits, and gutters each have their own rules.
House washing done right means looking at what’s on the wall before the trigger gets pulled. Most of a house wash is actually soft wash — chemistry-driven, low pressure, the only way to clean siding without damaging it. The kid with a $200 pressure washer doesn’t think about that. We’ve seen the aftermath. We’re built to avoid it.
Surface by Surface
Soft wash only. Cleaning solution applied at low pressure, given dwell time, then rinsed clean. No blasting, no water forced behind panels.
Lower pressure, chemistry-driven. Stucco pits under high pressure and holds moisture if water is forced into cracks. Careful rinse, top-down.
Soft wash approach to preserve the paint film. High pressure strips paint. Chemistry handles the grime.
Pressure adjusted to the material. Mortar joints need a careful hand. Pre-treatment for mildew and organic growth, then a calibrated rinse.
Cleaned as part of the house wash. Mildew on gutters and soffits is common and comes off cleanly with the right solution.
Low pressure, careful overspray management. Paint on trim is often thinner and older than on the main walls.
Pre-Listing and Seasonal Work
Realtors prepping listings and homeowners getting ready for company are two of the most common calls we get. A clean exterior makes a measurable difference in listing photos and open-house impressions — and it’s faster than most people expect.
Spring and fall are the heaviest windows. Pollen, mold spores, and algae build up through the seasons and come off cleanly with one visit. We’re local to Fate and serve Rockwall County — the quote comes fast, the work gets done, and the result shows.

FAQ
Not with soft wash. Vinyl siding, stucco, and painted surfaces are cleaned at low pressure with chemistry doing the work. High pressure doesn’t touch those surfaces.
Yes. Plants get a pre-rinse before we apply chemistry and a rinse after. We’re careful with what’s in the ground around the house.
Most single-story homes take 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on size and surface condition. Two-story homes take longer. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate when we quote.
We clean the exterior of gutters — the mildew and staining on the outside face. Gutter interior cleaning (clearing clogs) is a different service we don’t provide.
