How long does a driveway cleaning take?
A standard two-car driveway is about 30 minutes on-site once we’re set up. A three-car runs 35 to 40. Total visit time including setup and breakdown is usually 45 to 60 minutes.
Surface cleaner with the right chemistry. A two-car driveway is about 30 minutes once on-site. Owner-operated, local to Fate and Rockwall County.
How It Works
Concrete cleaning is about the surface, not the machine. New concrete handles less pressure than old concrete. Oil stains need degreasing chemistry, not just water volume. Decorative or stamped concrete needs a gentler pass than a plain driveway. We adjust for all of it.
The surface cleaner attachment delivers an even, streak-free pass across flat surfaces. Without it, the driveway ends up with overlapping wand marks — the checkerboard pattern that tells you someone took the shortcut. A two-car driveway runs about 30 minutes on-site. A three-car runs 35 to 40.
What We Clean
Two-car to four-car. Surface cleaner pass, pre-treatment for oil, organic growth rinse. About 30 minutes for a standard two-car.
Front walks, entry paths, side walkways. Often cleaned at the same visit as the driveway.
Brushed concrete, pavers, flagstone. Calibrated to the material — pavers need a softer hand than poured concrete.
Unsealed concrete around pools. Sealed pool decks go through our pool deck service for sealant protection.
The pad where the bins sit and the path to the curb. Included as a value-add when bundled with a driveway wash.

FAQ

Yes. Oil stains need degreasing chemistry and pre-treatment time before the surface cleaner pass. Old, deep stains may not lift entirely — we tell you upfront what to expect so there are no surprises.
Fresh concrete (under about 30 days old) needs a careful pass at lower pressure. We adjust accordingly. If the concrete is very new, we’ll sometimes recommend waiting.
We don’t do sealing. We focus on cleaning. If sealing is next on the list, we’ll let you know when the surface is dry enough for a sealer application.
